Two approaches to practice: Mind demanding practice, and getting in the performance zone. First, break up practicing into intentional practicing. Second, the voice of judgement gets in the way as well as not intentionally practicing. Five minute practicing, spending a minute on five different exercises.

b) Trill uh uh ahhhh
c) Bb - C trill breath A Bb C D Eb F G - (down octave) G, G
d) Listen to VJ and shape phrasing after her.

This week we are applying a new method of practice, so I am excited to see how it goes. We are applying this five minute practice method meaning that I do everything for a minute and then go back and mix up the order and do them again.
