This exercise does not really have a name (maybe "eee-eeh" if you want a name). The goal is stretch the breathing mechanism help optimize breath usage. Start with a deep breath, then between each "eee" and eeh" you sing, take a quick breath. At the end of the phrase, release all the air you were holding in. You should start this exercise a little slow, and gradually get faster. (go up a half step after each completed "phrase")
