Buoyant Ribs

This exercise helps with practicing proper breath support and consistency across different vowel sounds.

Starting with the i vowel, sing four staccato notes (the same tone) in a row. Take a quick breath at the end of the 4 notes, then sing four more staccato on e, take a quick breath, then 4 more on a, breath, 4 more on o, breath, then on the u vowel you hold out for the remaining breath you have left. Repeat exercise on a different pitch.
